About Me
Hi! My name is Madison Sparago

I'm so glad that you're here.
Life can feel overwhelming. Maybe you're constantly thinking, worrying, overanalyzing, or trying to hold everything together. Maybe you're someone who sets impossibly high standards for yourself, feels like you should have it all figured out, or struggles with the pressure to do everything "right." In trying to manage anxiety, self-doubt, or painful emotions, you may find yourself feeling disconnected from what truly matters.
The truth is, difficult thoughts and feelings are part of being human. But when we spend all of our energy trying to control, avoid, or "fix" them, we often end up feeling stuck, exhausted, and caught in cycles of anxiety and perfectionism. My goal is to help you step out of that struggle and reconnect with the life you want to live.
I work with adults 18+ who are navigating anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, depression, relationship challenges, career stress, and the infamous "what now?" seasons of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we focus on building practical skills, making space for difficult emotions, and developing greater psychological flexibility so you can respond to life with more intention and less struggle.
Therapy isn’t about eliminating uncomfortable thoughts or constantly striving to feel happy—it’s about learning how to relate to your inner world with more self-compassion, showing up more fully, and creating a life that feels rich, meaningful, and authentically yours.
Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time with family and friends, exploring new coffee shops, traveling, and being with my two mini goldendoodles, Harley and Shea, who remind me daily to slow down and appreciate life’s simple moments!
