About Me
Hi! My name is Madison Sparago

I'm so glad that you're here.

Let's be real. Life can be overwhelming. Sometimes you're managing ten different things at once, other days it's hard to find your footing. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

My clinical approach is collaborative and warm, but also practical. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work from a strengths-based perspective — which means I’ll help you notice what’s already within you (even the things you’ve forgotten about) and build from there.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, career stress, and life transitions (aka those “what now?” seasons). Together, we’ll slow things down, get clear on what matters, and create meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Outside of sessions, I love hosting my family and friends, or walking my two mini goldendoodles, Harley and Shea — my reminders to pause, breathe, and appreciate the little things!
